I’ve heard a lot about the Rain-X original glass water repellent and how it’s supposed to improve visibility in the rain by making water bead up and roll off the windshield. 

But is it really that effective? For those of you who’ve used it, how long does it last, and do you notice a big difference while driving? I’m considering giving it a try, but I’d love to know if it’s really worth the effort.
